  • These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Ronventure website and, where applicable, your engagement with Ronventure for video production, photography, drone services, 360° VR, post-production, content creation, creative strategy, marketing, and related services.

  • By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or services.

2. About Ronventure

Ronventure is a creative and visual production business offering services that may include:

  • Video production

  • Corporate and brand films

  • Commercials and promotional content

  • Documentary and creative film production

  • Event coverage

  • Drone photography and videography

  • 360° VR and virtual tours

  • Video editing and post-production

  • Content creation

  • Creative concepts and strategy

  • Content and video marketing

The scope of services for each project will be determined through the applicable quotation, proposal, purchase order, work order, agreement, email confirmation, or other written communication.

3. Website Content

  • The content available on this website is provided for general information and portfolio purposes.

  • While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, Ronventure does not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, accurate, or error-free.

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, remove, or discontinue any part of the website or its content without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, showreels, and other materials on this website are owned by or used with permission by Ronventure and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or use any website material without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

  • Client names, trademarks, logos, and project materials remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Project Engagement

  • A project may be considered confirmed upon written acceptance of a quotation or proposal, issuance of a purchase order or work order, signing of an agreement, payment of an agreed advance, or another form of written confirmation accepted by Ronventure.

  • The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, fees, and payment terms for a project may vary and will be determined for that specific project.

  • No services outside the agreed scope are included unless approved separately in writing.

6. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.

  • A quotation may change if there is a change in:

    • Project scope

    • Shoot duration

    • Locations

    • Crew requirements

    • Equipment requirements

    • Travel or accommodation

    • Talent or artist requirements

    • Script or creative requirements

    • Number of deliverables

    • Revision requirements

    • Client-requested changes

    • Other production requirements

  • Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted and charged separately.

  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes, including GST, may be charged in addition to the quoted professional fees.

7. Payments

  • Payment terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order, work order, or agreement.

  • Ronventure may require an advance payment before commencing work or reserving production dates.

  • Failure to make payments as agreed may result in:

    • Suspension of work

    • Withholding of deliverables

    • Rescheduling of production

    • Cancellation of bookings

    • Additional charges, where agreed or legally permitted

  • Final or high-resolution deliverables may be withheld until outstanding payments are cleared, subject to the agreed project terms.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Production involves advance planning, crew bookings, equipment reservations, location arrangements, and other commitments.

  • If a confirmed project is cancelled or rescheduled, Ronventure reserves the right to charge for work already completed and non-refundable costs already incurred.

  • Cancellation and rescheduling charges, if applicable, will be governed by the specific project quotation or agreement.

9. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely approvals required for the project.

  • The client is also responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, licences, releases, access approvals, location permissions, and rights relating to:

    • Shoot locations

    • People appearing on camera

    • Music and other copyrighted materials supplied by the client

    • Trademarks and logos

    • Client-provided images and footage

    • Products, properties, and facilities

  • Ronventure will not be responsible for delays or claims arising from the client's failure to obtain necessary permissions or provide required information.

10. Revisions and Changes

  • The number and scope of revisions will be determined by the applicable quotation or project agreement.

  • Changes requested outside the agreed revision scope may result in additional charges and revised timelines.

  • Major changes to an approved script, concept, edit, or production plan may be treated as additional work.

11. Project Timelines

  • Any estimated timelines are dependent on project requirements, client feedback, approvals, availability of materials, production conditions, and other relevant factors.

  • Ronventure will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within agreed timelines. However, Ronventure will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including delayed client feedback, weather, technical issues, restricted access, travel disruptions, illness, force majeure events, or third-party failures.

12. Creative Interpretation

  • Creative services involve professional and artistic judgement.

  • Ronventure will make reasonable efforts to follow the agreed brief and creative direction. However, the final execution may involve professional decisions regarding cinematography, editing, colour grading, music, graphics, storytelling, and other creative elements.

  • Subject to the agreed scope, Ronventure retains reasonable creative discretion in executing the project.

13. Portfolio and Promotional Use

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing or restricted by confidentiality obligations, Ronventure may display completed or published work, project excerpts, behind-the-scenes material, and client names or logos in its portfolio, website, social media, showreel, presentations, and promotional materials.

  • Where a client requires confidentiality or restrictions on portfolio use, such requirements should be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

14. Drone Operations

  • Drone operations are subject to weather conditions, location restrictions, airspace requirements, permissions, safety considerations, and applicable laws and regulations.

  • Ronventure may decline, postpone, modify, or cancel a drone operation where it is unsafe, unlawful, impractical, or where required permissions are unavailable.

  • Drone footage cannot be guaranteed in all locations or weather conditions.

15. 360° VR and Virtual Content

  • The functionality and presentation of 360° or virtual content may depend on the platform, browser, device, internet connection, and third-party technology used to view or host the content.

  • Ronventure is not responsible for limitations caused by third-party platforms or changes to their services after project delivery.

16. Third-Party Services and Materials

  • Projects may involve third-party services or materials, including music libraries, stock footage, stock images, software, studios, equipment rentals, AI tools, cloud services, or hosting platforms.

  • The availability, pricing, functionality, and licensing terms of such third-party services are outside Ronventure's direct control.

  • Additional licensing costs may apply where required.

17. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ronventure shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of our website or services.

  • Where legally permitted, Ronventure's total liability relating to a specific project shall not exceed the amount actually paid to Ronventure for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

  • Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

18. Force Majeure

  • Ronventure shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, government action, civil disturbance, strikes, pandemics, equipment failure, transportation disruption, or other unforeseen events.

  • Where possible, the parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or find an appropriate alternative solution.

19. Confidentiality

  • Where confidential information is provided during a project, Ronventure will take reasonable care in handling such information.

  • Specific confidentiality obligations, non-disclosure requirements, or restrictions should be agreed upon in writing where required.

20. Third-Party Links

  • Our website may include links to third-party websites or platforms.

  • Ronventure does not control or endorse the content, security, availability, or practices of those third-party services and is not responsible for them.

21. Privacy

  • Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

  • Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we may collect and handle personal information.

22. Termination

  • Ronventure reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where a client materially breaches agreed project terms, fails to make required payments, engages in unlawful conduct, or makes the continuation of the project unreasonable or unsafe.

  • The client may remain responsible for payment for work completed and costs incurred up to the date of termination.

23. Changes to These Terms

  • Ronventure may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

  • The latest version will be published on this website with an updated "Last Updated" date.

  • Continued use of the website after changes are published may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

  • Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Ronventure's services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
